I personally approve these brushes for use with watercolour.
We just got a new brush in last night that is super easy for beginners. Give it a try. Really inexpensive and great quality brush. I was playing with them last night.
The best part is that it has a lot of snap so it is giving you a lot more control as a beginner and all of the sizes have a nice point that is bullet proof. You can layer very well, draw, paint leaves and stems. Also great for flower details.
I have really challenged these brushes as much as I can scrubbing and using them for us watching in the studio while I got all of our subscription packages together so if they can withstand a beating from me, I feel very confident in recommending the brushes.
